Entertaining enough and funny enough, and cannily includes all the elements that entice popularity. But, perhaps after reaping the rewards for this film, Wayans will put his obvious talents toward a project that isn't about making more money.
Damon Wayans and his younger brother Marlon make a terrific comedy team in Mo' Money.
Top CriticDamon and Marlon are at their best in the opening comic sequences, which allow their chemistry to operate, but their pacing is disrupted by the ensuing formulaic thrills.

'Mo laughs would have been sufficient.
Damon Wayans wrote Mo' Money as a star vehicle for himself and is credited as an executive producer. So, so it's safe to say he deserves the blame.
The movie is described as an "action-comedy-romance," but it fails to work as any of the three.
